Preparation is everything - what matters for a good steak

Before we prepare our steaks for you, we first let them rest for a while - preferably at room temperature, as this makes them particularly tender.

Did you know? The fat layer on the steak provides additional flavors and also influences the cooking process - an absolute flavor carrier. an absolute flavor carrier! That's why we don't cut away the fat during preparation, but only cut it in. By cutting into the fat, we ensure that the meat is cooked evenly and that it cooked and does not bulge during preparation.

Before the steak is roasted at a temperature of 250 - 270 degrees, it may of course be seasoned! A little salt is quite enough, peppered is only after the meat is perfectly fried. Because pepper would only burn on the grill or in the pan.
